Don’t let the “decaf” label fool you — our Rāwhiti Decaf is a genuine crowd favourite. It’s the perfect coffee for afternoons, evenings, or anytime you're cutting back on caffeine but still want the full coffee experience.

This blend brings together beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, Peru and Timor, delivering smooth notes of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla biscuit, with a well-rounded body and a long, satisfying finish.

Decaf can be a bit more delicate to work with. The Swiss Water® Process, used at the specialist facility in Canada, removes caffeine using nothing but pure water — no chemicals. While this gentle process preserves the flavour beautifully, it also makes the beans more porous, meaning they lose freshness faster and need extra care when roasting.

That’s where our experience comes in. Decaf beans roast differently, and after years of refining, we’ve turned it into something of an art form.  Roasted in measured batches right here in Auckland, we treat our decaf with the same attention… (actually a little more!) ensuring it tastes just as good, minus the caffeine.
