Packaging is one of our favourite topics and we’ve relentlessly researched it, putting in endless hours over many months.
We thought we’d found an innovative solution, and we’ve been using it for just over a year. Coupled with the bags no longer being kerbside recyclable, and a few shipping disasters resulting in spilled beans, we decided to look for an alternative.
So we conducted trials where we made various bags compete over a month and longer, and we analysed the results. There was a clear winner... a sturdy valved coffee bag, exactly the bag we started with 10 years ago.
